How long does it take?
Within 24 hours. You watch a 480p preview in your order's Result Room before you accept.
What if my link is behind a paywall or login?
We read public links only. Paste the text, or upload it as a file.
What languages are supported?
Narration is English in this version. Other languages on request.
Can I change the video after I see it?
Yes, once, for free, within 7 days: changed text, voice or template, or a correction if the narration got a fact wrong. It counts as the same order.
Who owns the video?
You do.
Is the voice a real person?
No. The narration is an AI-generated voice, and each video says so.
What files do I get?
A 1080p MP4 (H.264/AAC, 30 frames per second) with no watermark, and an SRT captions file.
Are captions included?
Captions are an option you switch on or off when you order, and the SRT file comes with the video.
What is the music credit about?
The music is by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com), licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/). That licence asks for credit. If you would rather not carry a credit, switch music off when you order.
Can I put my logo and a link in the video?
Yes. Add a logo (PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 2 MB) for the corner, a brand name, and a closing button scene with your own text and URL.
Can I make a vertical video?
Yes. Choose 9:16 instead of 16:9 when you order. The price is the same.
What about refunds?
If we cannot complete your video, the order is refunded under GoE2's refund policy.
